My proprietary housebreaking techniques involve an intimate understanding of your animal’s natural and individual history. Whether a new pup, or an older dog, my techniques will lay the foundation for you to build upon. I combine your needs and wants with the natural attributes of your pet.

We LOVE training puppies - even housebreaking! Our proprietary puppy potty training methods quickly teach your puppy to potty outdoors.  Let us get up at night to solve your puppy potty training problems!

Specifically for the busy household, our Jump Start program will begin housebreaking, crate training, leash-breaking, household manners and introduces training concepts in a fun, effective way for your puppy.  Strictly limited to puppies between the ages of 8  and 16 weeks ONLY.  Puppies over 16 weeks become eligible for our Total Recall/Total Recall PLUS program.  All JUMP START graduates are eligible for a $100.00 discount off of our Total Recall program.

Your pup will spend a part of each day learning to walk on a loose lead, to come when called and to sit and down on command, using positive reinforcement and play.   

Puppies enrolled in the Jump Start program will also spend some time in the house, some time in a securely fenced yard that features a mini-obstacle course, and some time in our comfortable kennel, learning to not only be alone quietly and without stress, but also how to behave indoors and to sleep quietly in a crate.  Housebreaking will be started, but we do not guarantee that it will be complete at the conclusion of this program.  When available, your pup may also be able to spend some socialization time with puppies of a similar size and age, learning about appropriate interaction with other dogs.

All puppies enrolled in this program must be current on all appropriate vaccinations (consult your vet) and must be Frontlined (or similar).  We also recommend year round heartworm preventative for all dogs living in Georgia.

This program is for a minimum of 2 weeks, and additional time may be required.  The base fee is $900.00 for the first 2 weeks, and additional weeks (up to 2 more) are available at a rate of $200.00/week.   Jump Start program results are NOT guaranteed, as puppies learn at different rates.  Availability is strictly limited to only one puppy at any given time, so we recommend reserving space once you know when your pup will be arriving.  Click here to check availability.

When you just need some help with housebreaking alone:  Baby Basics - an in-house program that structures your puppy's day, and lets you get some sleep at night!  Our professional trainers will begin teaching your puppy how to be clean and quiet when crated, day or night.  All puppies stay in the house overnight, have at least 6-8 hours of house time during the day and learn to be comfortable and quiet when left alone.  Your pup will also learn his/her name and will be well-started on coming when called, although no other obedience training is done.  Puppies between 8 and 16 weeks ONLY.  This program is priced at $600. for 2 weeks; additional time is available at $100./week, if necessary. 

We recommend that your dog stay on his/her regular diet, so as not to complicate housebreaking efforts with tummy upset.

We do not guarantee housebreaking, as your ultimate success depends very much on how dedicated you are to follow-up.  We are confident that your dog will learn the basics of asking to go out (instead of just eliminating in the house) during his/her stay, and if you follow our recommendations, you will see improvement.
